Happy days are here again.πŸŽͺ

Joyous day. I got to visit Marina in her cozy sunny room in St. Anne’s, first time in sixteen months. Patience endures all things, both of us dizzy with delight, flabbergasted to be back to the normal we once knew. For the longest time it looked as if it would never come to pass and it might never have, were it not for heroic folk who moved myriad mountains to make this beautiful day a reality. We must never take for granted their selfless Trojan labour. God Bless them, everyone.

Marina greeted me with: ‘Reverend was here today and we prayed for you and your family’. What more sublime gift could I ever hope to receive, totally stupendous. My gift to Marina - her favourite sweets - Rolos. Both of us delight in the simplest things and just being together is one of the great joys of our life. Contentment complete, at peace with our own poverty, both of us richer than royalty, both of us poor as Nazareth.

‘There is no greatness where there is not simplicity, goodness and truth’. (Leo Tolstoy)

The Transcendentals - Truth, Beauty and Goodness - are reflections of the Heart of our God and they find their perfection in Jesus Christ. He is the perfect revelation of The Father. Therefore, the transcendentals become experiential in Jesus and when we say ‘YES’ to Jesus, live under the Lordship of Christ and allow Him to use us, life becomes a beautiful Joy. It really is as simple as that. ☀️

We take a stroll around the grounds. Glorious freedom. Marina tells me all the time that ‘I’m like a Mammy to her’. I tell Marina all the time that she means the world to me.❤️
