Rejoice in The Lord always.🙏🏻

‘Rejoice in The Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice’. (Philippians 4:4)

This sublime wisdom arrived in the post this morning from my friends, Ian and Doris. They reside in the North of Ireland, I reside in the Deep South. Some years ago we were gifted our Divine encounter, as I came upon Ian and Doris enjoying al fresco lunch in the glorious sunshine on a bench outside the Bank of Ireland in our town. Passing through, they were taking a breather on their ‘around Ireland’ adventure. Ours an impromptu unforgettable sharing, all three of us loving Jesus with all our hearts. Unexpected undeserved pleasure from on High. 

We keep in touch and every now and again, oftentimes when I most need it, something beautiful from their hearts touches down on the mat. God’s Gifts are never meant for us alone - they must be shared. The gifts given to us are gifts for us to pass on. 

Kindness, like snow, beautifies everything it covers.

‘Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing this, some have entertained Angels unaware’.  (Hebrews 13:2)
