Thirty two years ago this very month, I gave birth to Luna’s Daddy Diarmuid. Explosion of joy too.π
Extremely different times!! His Dad Eric deposited me in the Rotunda Hospital before taking himself off with his mates to enjoy a football match of paramount importance in Croke Park.
Many hours later, he appeared in the Labour ward, gazed into the cot and uttered: ‘We will name him Diarmuid’.
What a mighty God we serve☀️ππ»
‘The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun shall not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and for evermore’. (Psalm 121:5-8)
‘They made signs to his father, inquiring what he would have him called. He asked for a writing tablet and wrote: ‘His name is John’. ((Luke: 62-63)
